Discover Lezzet Brunch

Walking into Lezzet Brunch feels like finding a neighborhood secret that everyone somehow already knows. Tucked into 12722 SE 312th St H, Auburn, WA 98092, United States, this diner-style spot balances warmth, consistency, and flavor in a way that keeps locals coming back. I stopped in on a busy Sunday after a youth soccer game nearby, and within minutes it was clear why the parking lot fills up early. The aroma of fresh coffee and grilled bread hits you first, followed by the easy chatter of families, couples, and regulars greeting the staff by name.

The menu leans heavily into brunch classics but adds a Mediterranean-inspired twist that makes the experience memorable. One plate that stood out was the bold shakshuka-style eggs, slow-simmered in a rich tomato and pepper base. Watching the kitchen work is part of the charm; everything is cooked to order, and you can see how timing matters. Eggs are pulled at just the right moment, which lines up with culinary research from organizations like the American Egg Board, noting that precise temperature control preserves both texture and flavor. That attention shows up on the plate.

During a weekday visit a few months back, I spoke briefly with the owner, who explained that many recipes come from family traditions refined over years of restaurant work. That experience shows in the balance of spices and the way the brunch plates avoid being heavy, even when they’re filling. According to National Restaurant Association data, diners increasingly look for comfort food that still feels fresh and thoughtful, and this place fits that shift naturally without trying too hard.

Reviews from locals often mention consistency, and that’s been my experience too. Whether it’s a simple omelet or a fully loaded breakfast platter, the flavors stay reliable. The coffee deserves its own mention. It’s strong without being bitter, refilled often, and clearly chosen with care. There’s a small but intentional process behind it: beans are sourced from regional roasters, ground daily, and brewed in smaller batches. Studies from the Specialty Coffee Association suggest this method helps preserve aroma and reduces oxidation, which explains why each cup tastes clean and balanced.

The dining room setup is casual, almost diner-like, but not dated. Tables turn quickly, yet no one rushes you out. I’ve seen servers patiently explain menu options to first-timers while keeping an eye on regulars who already know their order. That kind of service builds trust, and it shows in repeat reviews praising staff friendliness and accuracy. One regular I chatted with said he drives over from Kent twice a week because it’s the only brunch spot where his order has never come back wrong.

Location matters too. Being situated in Auburn makes it accessible without the crowds you might find closer to Seattle. It’s an easy stop after morning errands or before heading out for a hike. Parking is straightforward, which might sound minor, but it’s something reviewers consistently appreciate. The only limitation worth noting is peak-time wait; weekend mornings can mean a short line, though turnover is efficient and transparent.

What makes this place stand out isn’t trend-chasing or oversized portions. It’s the steady application of experience, from how the menu is structured to how the kitchen executes each dish. Trusted food safety guidelines from the USDA are clearly followed, and the overall operation feels thoughtful rather than rushed. That combination of care, flavor, and familiarity explains why so many Auburn locals describe it as their go-to brunch spot and why first-time visitors often turn into regulars after just one meal.

  • The vegan waffle is amazing with honey glaze and high quality fresh fruit. I ordered the Turkish breakfast to go. That’s for lunch. Everything looked incredible. I’m so glad to find a 5 star spot.

  • This place was hands down one of our favorite places to eat in the area! The food was outstanding, coffee superb, and the prices were fair. My daughters said they want to come again. I have to agree!!!!! I got the omelet with their amazing Turkish meat and salad with the in house balsamic dressing, my girls got the mini berry pancakes to share, and both my older daughter and myself got coffee; Turkish and vanilla latte. Delish! We will be back;). We made sure to tip the front lady appropriately after eating our meal. Everyone had smiles and full happy bellies when we left!

  • What a delightful experience —the place takes your orders at the main desk which is at the entrance and then once your food has been sent to the table all that is left to do is to enjoy the deliciousness of each item. Everything that we ordered was not only flavorful but also hot and fresh which makes the experience amazing. If you’re a brunch person and would like to try something Turkish, this is a great place for you. It will not disappoint you.

  • This spot is so delicious ! My friends introduced me to it. The food was incredible,. I had the traditional Turkish breakfast. We also tried the mini berry pancakes, fruit salad and manti. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we made sure to leave a well-deserved tip. Left with full bellies and big smiles—definitely coming back!

  • Another hidden gem! The food, cleanliness, and hospitality are out of bounds!! Had an exceptional time enjoying the music, ambiance, and awesome food. The avocado toast (image attached) was a great juxtaposition between savory, tart, and umami flavor combinations. You're getting all your power greens in this well crafted meal! Start your week with a healthy meal in this locally family owned and operated restaurant.

  • Absolutely fantastic brunch place. Large portions, great flavors. Teen said it's the best chicken wrap she has ever had - and coming from a teen, that's a great compliment. Younger kiddo enjoyed the pancakes. Hubby loved the breakfast platter and I loved the chicken rice plate. The mango lemonade and Turkish coffee were great too.
